The Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) is very old University in this region. The University is located in the city of Thrissur, Kerala, India. The University was established in the year 1971 for providing human resources, and skills and technology. The vice-chancellor of the University is Dr. P.Rajendran. The Kerala Agricultural University has the objective of providing higher education in various fields to all those who aspire for it. This University gives us higher education in every field.
The University provides the undergraduate and postgraduate degree / diploma courses. There are many departments which have the undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses. Some main departments are Arts, Business Management, Commerce, Biosciences, Life Science, Electronics, Physics, Psychology, Engineering etc. These all departments have offered the degree courses are B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, M.A, M.Com, M.Sc, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Ed, in the Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree courses. Some other diploma courses are Law, Ph.D, M.Phil and other.
The University provided some other facility to the students. The exams are done in the month of March, April. There is some cultural activity is also done by the University. The results will be declared in the month of May, June. Exams were conducted in the form of the Semester. The results declaration process is very fair.
